MEDesign's Executive Board 2022-2023 having some fun before the school year starts!

Last weekend, a team of representatives from MEDesign traveled all the way to UC Davis to compete at the UCD BMES Make-a-thon. We came home with the award of Best Overall Design Team after designing and prototyping our own product!

Design Team two is finding a way to improve implants by having it dissolve in the body. 48% of doctors believe taking an implant out of the body is a greater risk than keeping it in.
